Page rank by Google server is not just calculated from how many inbound link to them, the page rank calculation is combination between the page quality and vast link calculation. Vast link calculation is not just to count inbound link but also out link. As Google explanation page rank is a number of page important degrees in Google.

Wikipedia will difficult to realize or to count manually. May be some of you have use Google
Webmaster Tools to count your internal links to your pages and external links to your URL and pages. May be you have one thousand internal links and 5 hundred or more external links. But your page rank just 1. What is this mean? May be there are any other limitation for this one. One of my Blog doesn’t have many external links but have rank 2, how come? I don’t know.
