You will violate the Adsense Term and Condition and your Adsense account can disable any time, this will help you if you create your article on Blogger, because blogger will disable your blog for a while but not your blogger account. After you delete the post that violate blogger term and condition your blog can be activated again. So for newbie I recommended to create blog on Blogger.com before you create your own domain in other hosting place.

Adsense Publisher may not place Adsense code on pages with contain or article that violates contain guidelines. Example of those contain are adult, violent or advocating racial intolerance. Beside the contain on your articles also may not contain link to the below contains:

• Pornography page, adult or mature content.
• Violent article content 
• Content related to racial intolerance or advocacy against any individual, group or organisation
• Excessive profanity
• Hacking/cracking content
• Gambling or casino related content
• Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia content
• Sales of beer or hard alcohol
• Sales of tobacco or tobacco related products
• Sales of prescription drugs
• Sales of weapons or ammunition (e.g. firearms components, fighting knives, stunt guns)
• Sales of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
• Sales or distribution of coursework or student essays
• Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking ads or offers, performing searches, surfing website or reading emails 
• Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others
